My level is not always try to please help me see ~ ~

I have used the following wording, but they are not always, we hope to help correct a bit :
1.<div save "center<div filled="f"" Layer1 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:absolute; width:200px; height:115px; z-index:1; top : 10%; "" XXXXXXXXXXXX</div>
"/div>

2.<div save the "center" "
"Assume filled="f"" Layer1 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:absolute; width:200px; height:115px; z-index:1; top : 10%;left:50% "" XXXXXXXXXXX</div>
"/div>

3.<div save the "center" "
"Assume filled="f"" Layer1 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:relative; width:200px; height:115px; 10%;left:50% z-index:1; top : "/div>" XXXXXXXXXX "
"/div>

4.<div save the "center" "
"Assume filled="f"" Layer1 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:relative; width:200px; height:115px; z-index:1; top : 10%, "and" XXXXXXX</div>
"/div>
While this can try, it would represent the page space anomaly pattern
<div Save the "center" "
"Assume filled="f"" Layer4 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:absolute;top:10%;left:100 "" XXXXXXX</div>
"/div>
"Loop to save the" center ""
"Assume filled="f"" Layer2 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:absolute;top:10%;left:200 "" XXXXXXX</div>
"Loop to save the" center ""
"Assume filled="f"" Layer3 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:absolute;top:10%;left:600 "" XXXXXXX</div>
"/div>
"Loop to save the" center ""
"Assume filled="f"" Layer2 "Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" position:absolute;top:10%; "" XXXXXXX</div>
"/div>
Have layers parallel to position:absolute

I mean you have misunderstood what I mean ~ ~ I have used it four ways, but not central, to the left is not a layer to the right, and only four can try, but I do not know why it would not float for position in the page content.

The five co-nested layer, and select the quarter.
"Assume Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" background:cyan;position:absolute;left:expression ((body.clientWidth-50) /2) ;top : expression ((body.clientHeight-50) /2) ;width:250;height:250 "" </div>
"Assume Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" background:yellow;position:absolute;left:expression ((body.clientWidth-50) /2) ;top : expression ((body.clientHeight-50) /2) ;width:200;height:200 "" </div>
"Assume Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" background:red;position:absolute;left:expression ((body.clientWidth-50) /2) ;top : expression ((body.clientHeight-50) /2) ;width:150;height:150 "" </div>
"Assume Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" background:green;position:absolute;left:expression ((body.clientWidth-50) /2) ;top : expression ((body.clientHeight-50) /2) ;width:100;height:100 "" </div>
"Assume Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" background:blue;position:absolute;left:expression ((body.clientWidth-50) /2) ;top : expression ((body.clientHeight-50) /2) ;width:50;height:50 "" </div>
Absolutely central layer :
"Assume Historic Significance of the Transitional Budget" background:blue;position:absolute;left:expression ((body.clientWidth-50) /2) ;top : expression ((body.clientHeight-50) /2) ;width:50;height:50 "" </div>
Why try to be the right level? Solutions?

Thank you, just search here.
