Gas/gcc set up a cross compiler (under cygwin)

Which will know how to cygwin gcc/gas below the target output (. O) elf32-i386 format as the original is pe. I find a lot of information, except the ld.

GCC acquiescence in the installation are local, the cross compiler is not only in re-allocation and cygwin compiler gcc version of the cross compiler.
