[Creating assistance ]cisco 4510R and 4507R Etherchannel do not transfer link?

Router (config-if) #switchport
Router (config-if) #switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
Router (config-if) #switchport mode trunk
Router (config-if) 1 mode on #channel-group


I referred to the order, where there is the problem?

Wrong suggested :
Command rejected (Port-channel1, Gi3/1) : Either port is L2 and L is port-channel
3, or vice-versa

Command rejected (Port-channel1, Gi3/2) : Either port is L2 and L is port-channel
3, or vice-versa

Find reasons and it is not necessary to create interface port-channel *
Otherwise, it is thought that the three-tier etherchannel
