Proxy problem

Companies A and B are two independent networks, through agents Q internet A and B due to security reasons totally independent.

A request is the internal B can visit the website on the internet and through A DEPUTY. A and B in the current thinking of setting up a machine border Z B A visit to the agent, but also as the B-2 agents visited internet. (Because of security reasons, do not want to take up routing links A and B, but agents can be used to achieve the more stringent access control)

The problem is now we still have not found a suitable proxy server software and tried the CCPROXY, winroute so there is a common problem : A visit to the same time, and set up an internet because of the Q-Z were set up to a higher level if the agent is not A visit internet If there is not superior agent visit.

Is there any requirement for the Z? Or any other solution?

Q Windows will be installed into the server can try and do the routing function in the server, and then B will be able to return against A visit, but also through Q restrictions, A visit from B, and A through Q-use agents on the internet.
