Bcp in the wrong, please enlighten

I created two SUN Solaris. Sh document is a bcp out, as follows :
. /opt/sybase/SYBASE.sh
/opt/sybase/OCS-12_0/bin/bcp Ttt. . Logs out /opt/dbbackup/Log_bcp -Usa -P** -S**-c
!
Another is bcp in, as follows :
. /opt/sybase/SYBASE.sh
/opt/sybase/OCS-12_0/bin/bcp Ttt. . Logs in /opt/dbbackup/Log_bcp -Usa -P** -S**-c
!

Is out now, but in 95, the wrong message is as follows :

Server Message :-Msg 4847, Level 16, State 1 :
BCP insert operation is disabled when LONGCHAR capability is turned on and data
Size is changing between client and server character sets since BCP does not superieures
Port LONGCHAR yet.

CTLIB Message :-L0/O0/S0/N0/0/0 :
Blk_init () : error : Failed blk layer : CT library when CT_Lib routine ct_results ()
Called.
Blk_init failed.

Know whether the kind of friends on January 2?
