Your English is very Good! But my Chinese is very Good!
Very pity! If you've lost your boot password,i think it's no way to recover it. I' ve encountered the problem like you said.
Lilo and GRUB are the boot loading system, and GRUB is better than Lilo.

Can anybody answer the following interview questions?
Thank you. I think my English is just So So for performs job in English environment.
I agree with you . We cannot get root passwd back. The only way is boot from cdrom then go to single user mode, change /etc/password or /etc/shadow file, and reboot the system, give new passwd.
About the LILO and GRUB, I know both of them are boot loader, how can you say CRUB is better?
I prefer send E-mail if you feel good. My E-mail is benlu369@yahoo.com, you can use Chinese. I use English is because I am not good at typing Chinase and my working environment is English.
Hope can get your mail with some questions answered. Thank you! |
