I started realizing there was no catering trucks that went to any of the local businesses and there was a need for a workplace lunch delivery service. Lunch Break was born! This is a business I started for600.00. I purchased lunch meat, cheese, hoagie buns, mustard, mayo, etc...I made up a menu of 6 sandwiches that I offered and past out flyers letting the businesses know that I would be coming to their businesses to sell sandwiches to their hungry workers.
This way their employees didnt have to leave work to go get lunch, thereby increasing their productivity! This type of business is great for a stay at home mom with school age children. If you are interested in the booklet, I sell it for only19.99.
