Back to the subject. Does this fix give you updates or not??? And for how long? Someone must know. I agree with compa...there hasent been a fix yet for Norton 2007 that works. Would be great if this one does. Tanks...Tia :)

Well how about it people? Has any1 tried to update using the Symantec server yet? Would be a shame to post this if it is like all the rest of Symantec software. The developers are pretty smart now when it comes to using the Symantec server if you do not have legit software you are just SHiT Out Of Luck! I hope some1 tries to update and posts their results here. Also is this an XP or Vista or both?

Some Hints

Go to Network Connections and dissable the LAN or LAN's(LocalAreaConnection)
No internet to be avaliable at all untill activation is complete.

Any product code can be in kg.(can be different from install code)
when doing hardware code
and activation codes.

Select your country in the activation window so it selects a phone number.

i just switched to nod32. great program. although it got similar scores in av-comparatives as norton, it surely isn't as bloated.

I use Nod32 at times, its only a AV, I prefer a ALLINONE, just to let you know the complete NIS 2007 (AV+FW+ Internet Securituy) uses less resources here on my PC than Nod32 does (still testing all AV's).

norton surely occupied a lot disk space when installing and the scanning also slow but in the AV testing norton also got the good SCanning rate of detect the virus.

you will not be blocked

use the Kg to Re-Activate if subsription expires.

If any parts come up red during updates and dont install

you need to reinstall windows then AV again.

Hmmm...fatboys25...reinstall windows and AV if red errors come up on updates????
Ewwwww...not something I would like to do. I'm using Avera AV as of a few days ago. Have tried Kapersky, NOD32, TrendMicro etc. They are all good...but Aviera for me uses the least system resources of any and its listed as a + program along with Kapersky and NOD32. Different strokes for different folks..hehe. Norton is so bloated and a big resource hog, although
I used it for several years and it does work well, there are a lot of smaller companies out there
that have gotten to the point where their software is as good as Norton or any other. Should I at some point decide to go back to Norton, I'll just buy it rather than screw around with these patches etc. Norton has gotten pretty good at anti piracy for there software.

since symantec OWNS norton, isnt symantec AV a better program? type symantec in SEARCH and see. i have it, and have no probs. 10.1.5.5000 corporate version, from 9down..updateable and keyless.

I had been using Norton & ZoneAlarm for many years & stop using now because it slow down my pc & resource hungry. Today, I just tested KIS & did not like it. I am using NOD32+Codomo firewall (free). It is very light.

hi everybody...this is the best software i have ever seen....i was using norton 2005...

for about 2 years...but now its time to change cuaz its capability of blockin spyware...and an incredible graphical interphase....with extremely fast operation without makin my pc crowl.....guy this is norton...the only software to trust.....

Does Not function well at all and it is very slow compaired to
NIS2005
Going back to NIS 2005 its great.
I must say thow norton works best on a freshly installed Pc.
(Not install after other AV's or IS's etc.)

Would still like to try NIS 2007 any Kg's for the Phone Activation Please.

Use the latest Symantec Removal tool to uninstall most
symantec products properly ckeck the web site.

Any reds(X's) that fail to install repetedly
means you're system was already to corrupt for norton
to be able to protect it fully
so a reinstall of windows is required.

366 Day phone activations work fine
and can be re-activated with the same Phone Activation Kg in a flash.

its fast as compared to nav 2005...
it dosnt make my comps performance slow...

first i use to search for all antiviruses...i treid bitdefender..kespersky..nod32..window's live one care...but they werent good...they screwed my computer....and the wrst antivirus i have ever seen is f-secure and zone alarm...
they jus screwed my comp the big time...

now i m not even thinking to change it...will continue with this software until a new version comes...

TRY THIS ITLL WORK

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking
1/2 cup packed SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 1/3 cups NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine flour and baking soda in small bowl. Set aside.
Beat butter, peanut butter, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly with bottom of glass dipped in SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 4 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
